Shalini Kodial is a certified public accountant (CPA) with over 15 years of experience in accounting and finance. She earned her Master of Business Administration at Western Governors University and then went on to obtain her CPA and IRS EA certification.

Shalini began her career as an auditor at a regional accounting firm, where she gained experience working with a variety of clients across a wide and diverse industry range. She later transitioned to a role as Director of Corporate Accounting at Corner Bakery Group, where she was responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financials for 120 restaurants.

In 2023, Shalini started her own accounting firm, specializing in restaurants, non profits, real estate tax, accounting, and financial advisory services to small businesses and individuals. Shalini is known for her strong technical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to providing exceptional client service. She is also active in her local community and serves on the board of several non-profit organizations.

As a CPA, Shalini is committed to staying up-to-date on the latest developments in accounting and finance. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and regularly attends continuing education courses to maintain her expertise.
